Liberal Democrats provide real opposition!

Here in Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale the Liberal Democrats are providing real opposition to this Labour Council.

• It is the Liberal Democrats who are providing a voice for our local communities, whilst Labour is closing the community forums to silence the voices of residents.
• It is the Liberal Democrats who have spoken out against the poor results of Rochdale Borough Housing and the Guinness Partnership.
• It is the Liberal Democrats who have spoken out against crazy road schemes, and poor-quality traffic calming.

Nationally, whilst Labour are cutting services and support for the poorest in our society, it is the Liberal Democrats are calling for big banks, social media companies, energy companies, and gambling giants to pay their fair share, to help fund public services and support those in need.

In July 2024 the voters of Great Britain called for change, and whilst Labour continue with the same failed policies of the past, only the Liberal Democrats offer the sensible change that we need!
