A REALLY BAD IMAGE!

Residents living near Its All in The Image continue to suffer from repeated breaches of planning conditions with HGV’s arriving at 6.30am disturbing local residents.

Andy who has campaigned on the issue for over two years, has now uncovered evidence that HGV drivers have been verbally told to ignore planning restrictions and arrive early regardless. At the same time Planning Officers have said that enforcement is “discretionary” and claim they are still gathering evidence.

Andy says “ This situation is totally unacceptable and as a result I have submitted a Freedom of Information request into what the Council are doing or not doing to resolve this issue. Residents deserve better!”
